How do I order a product?

Do you deliver outside Kathmandu Valley?
Yes! We deliver across Nepal via courier. Delivery charges of NPR 150–250 apply outside the valley. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Each product page has a size guide. Generally you'll need your pet's back length (neck to tail base), chest girth, and neck girth. If unsure, WhatsApp us with your pet's measurements and we'll guide you.
Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit?
Absolutely! We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn and in original condition. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange the exchange.
How long does a spa grooming session take?
A full grooming session typically takes 2–4 hours depending on your pet's breed, size, and coat condition. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer. For spa services, payment is accepted on the day of the appointment.
Do you groom cats as well?
Yes, we groom both dogs and cats! Our team is experienced with cats and takes extra care to ensure they're comfortable throughout the session.
Are your grooming products safe for all breeds?
Yes, we use only pet-safe, gentle shampoos and conditioners suitable for all breeds and skin types. If your pet has allergies, let us know when booking and we'll accommodate.
